Meet Nicole

Nicole works with children from age 6, teens, adults, and families. She supports clients with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem, social confidence, school concerns, and life transitions.
She also brings experience supporting neurodivergent young people and their parents across clinical, home, and school settings. Her work is collaborative, practical, and attentive to what is happening beneath the surface.

In session
Nicole creates space to understand emotions and patterns while building skills that can help in daily life. Sessions may include emotion-regulation strategies, coping tools, reflection, and collaborative problem-solving.
Her integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, DBT-informed work, person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based approaches.
