In session

Warm, creative, and shaped around the client.

Nicole creates space for clients to understand their emotions, experiences, and patterns without judgment. The work is collaborative and includes practical tools that clients can carry into everyday life.

With children, she adapts sessions to their developmental needs and may use games, art, movement, role-play, mindfulness, and emotion-regulation activities. Her aim is to make it easier for a child to express what is happening and practise useful skills.
