How it works

A consultation first, then a deliberate next step.

01

Choose a starting point.

Review clinician profiles or use the team booking list when you are not sure who fits.

02

Meet for 15 minutes.

Ask about approach, practical details, fees, availability, and online suitability.

03

Book only if it fits.

Continue with the same clinician over secure video from a private space in Ontario.

Why online

Protect the appointment from the corridor around it.

An online appointment removes the drive west and can make a recurring session easier to protect around work, school, or caregiving. Join from a private, stationary space with a reliable connection and a device with a camera. Headphones may help with privacy.

Online therapy is not the right format for everyone. Suitability depends on your needs, privacy, safety, internet access, and comfort with video. Use the consultation to discuss whether online care fits or whether another form of support would be more appropriate.

Crisis support

If you need immediate help.

Anchor & Bloom is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis:

  • 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline: call or text 988, 24/7
  • Go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
  • If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
