Common questions

The things people ask first.

Can I do therapy online anywhere in Ontario?

Yes. Sessions happen by secure video, so you can meet with us from anywhere in Ontario, whether that's home, work, or wherever feels comfortable. In-person sessions are also available in Mississauga.

What happens on the free 15-minute call?

It's a short, no-pressure conversation. You share a bit about what's going on, we explain how we work, and together you decide if it feels like a fit. There's no commitment to book after.

How much does it cost, and is it covered?

We share current fees on your first call. Therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist is covered by most extended-health plans in Canada. Coverage varies by plan, so it's worth checking with your insurer, and we provide receipts for reimbursement.

What does "trauma-informed" actually mean?

It means we go at your pace and never push you to talk about hard things before you're ready. The work is built around feeling safe first.

Do you work with ADHD and neurodivergent adults?

Yes. We offer affirming support for adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent brains, including the focus, planning, and follow-through struggles that come with it. No judgment, no "just try harder."

How do I book?

Start with the free 15-minute call. From there, you can book sessions online through Jane, our booking and scheduling system, whenever you're ready.
