Common questions
Yes. Sessions happen by secure video, so you can meet with us from anywhere in Ontario, whether that's home, work, or wherever feels comfortable. In-person sessions are also available in Mississauga.
It's a short, no-pressure conversation. You share a bit about what's going on, we explain how we work, and together you decide if it feels like a fit. There's no commitment to book after.
Individual sessions are $160 to $180 for 50 minutes. Couples sessions are $200 for 50 minutes or $290 for 80 minutes. Coverage varies by plan and clinician, so confirm directly with your insurer before booking. Direct billing is available through TELUS eClaims when the clinician, insurer, and workflow support it, and receipts are provided otherwise.
It means we go at your pace and never push you to talk about hard things before you're ready. The work is built around feeling safe first.
Yes. We offer affirming support for adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent brains, including the focus, planning, and follow-through struggles that come with it. No judgment, no "just try harder."
