In session

An approach shaped around each client.

Natalie's work is integrative and trauma-informed. She draws from behavioural, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Which approach she uses is chosen for the client rather than set by one fixed model.

Family sessions usually look at communication, recurring conflict, parenting concerns, and the behavioural and emotional patterns that show up between family members.
