Meet Daniella
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO #19387
Daniella is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers warm and collaborative therapy for adults and couples across Ontario. She supports clients navigating stress, anxiety, life and identity transitions, neurodivergence, performance pressure, and trauma.
Daniella believes that feeling genuinely heard, seen, and accepted is one of the most powerful starting points for change. She strives to create a space where you don't have to filter yourself or have it all figured out, a place where you can show up fully as yourself.

In session
Daniella's sessions are paced with care, sensing what the system can hold, and building toward steadier next steps.

Together, you'll explore what's feeling heavy, uncover your strengths, and work toward what feels meaningful, at your own pace. Her hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more connected to yourself, a little more understood, and knowing you don't have to carry it all alone.
Daniella's approach is grounded in the therapeutic relationship, the belief that progress happens within a space of trust, curiosity, and authentic connection. Drawing from a strengths-based lens, she works alongside you to make sense of your experiences and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
