Appointment details, intake forms, and payment information are handled through secure clinical systems.
Cancellation policy
Appointments require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance and payment
Insurance receipts and payment workflows are handled through Jane. Direct billing availability depends on final Jane insurer setup. Psychotherapy services are HST-exempt.
