Access from Etobicoke
Whether you are near the Kingsway, Islington, Mimico, Long Branch, Humber Bay Shores, or Rexdale, online therapy removes the commute while preserving a consistent appointment with the same clinician. Join from a private room with a reliable connection and a device with a camera. Do not attend a session while driving.
If you prefer in-person care, ask about availability at the Mississauga office. The format should fit your privacy, safety, needs, and comfort with video. A consultation is a practical place to discuss those factors.
Crisis support
Anchor & Bloom is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis in Etobicoke:
Not currently. Anchor & Bloom offers secure online psychotherapy to clients located in Etobicoke and across Ontario. In-person appointments are available at the verified Mississauga office by appointment. We will update this page only if a staffed Etobicoke location begins seeing clients.

Many extended-health plans reimburse services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist, but every plan is different. Confirm that your plan covers the exact clinician designation before booking. Receipts are provided, and direct billing is available only when the insurer, clinician, and Jane workflow support it.
Julia offers therapy in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, which may be relevant for Etobicoke residents who prefer sessions in one of those languages. If you need another language, say so during your inquiry and the practice can help identify an appropriate directory or referral option.
