Shima Tavasoli, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO #20331, is fluent in Hindi and Urdu and offers individual therapy online across Ontario and in person in Mississauga. Hindi and Urdu are separate languages, and sessions can be provided in either one. Shima also offers care in English and Persian/Farsi, which is her mother tongue.Mahima Chauhan, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO #20325, also offers care in Hindi, for adults and couples, along with English and Gujarati.

What to expect.

Shima offers secure online psychotherapy to clients located anywhere in Ontario and in-person appointments in Mississauga. Sessions are booked in advance through Jane.

Her collaborative approach may include practical coping skills, reflection on recurring patterns, and space to make sense of emotions and relationships.

Shima is registered in the Qualifying category and practises with clinical supervision in line with category requirements. Confirm RP (Qualifying) coverage with your insurer before booking.
