Meet Julia
MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO #22601
Julia offers collaborative online psychotherapy for teens and adults across Ontario. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges.
Her approach is warm, adaptable, and shaped around the goals each client brings. Julia works to create a compassionate setting where difficult experiences can be discussed at a manageable pace.

In session
Julia and her clients identify goals together and choose approaches that fit the person, the concern, and the pace of the work. Sessions may include reflection, practical skills, and attention to patterns affecting day-to-day life or relationships.
She draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. The approach used is discussed collaboratively rather than treated as a fixed formula.
