Access from Brampton

Online care without building another commute into the week.

For clients balancing work, caregiving, school, or travel across Peel, online therapy can remove the drive while preserving a consistent appointment with the same clinician. Join from a private room with a reliable connection and a device with a camera. Do not attend a session while driving.

If you prefer in-person care, ask about availability at the Mississauga office. The format should fit your privacy, safety, needs, and comfort with video. A consultation is a practical place to discuss those factors.

Crisis support

If you need immediate help.

Anchor & Bloom is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis:

  • 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline: call or text 988, 24/7
  • Go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
  • If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Common questions about online therapy in Brampton.

Does Anchor & Bloom have a Brampton office?

Not currently. Anchor & Bloom offers secure online psychotherapy to clients located in Brampton and across Ontario. In-person appointments are available at the verified Mississauga office by appointment. We will update this page only if a staffed Brampton location begins seeing clients.

Can I work with a Brampton therapist online?

You do not need to choose a clinician based only on their office address. A CRPO registrant authorized to practise in Ontario can provide online psychotherapy while you are located in Brampton. Review the clinician's designation, areas of practice, fees, availability, and approach before deciding.

Which clinicians currently work with Brampton clients?

Daniella Simas Medeiros and Katelyn Matias work with adults and couples. Julia Malynka offers individual therapy for teens and adults. Availability changes, so use the Jane booking page to see the current consultation schedule.

Are evening appointments available?

Daytime and evening availability varies by clinician and week. The Jane booking page is the source of truth for open consultation times. A consultation can also help you discuss a recurring appointment time.

What happens during the free consultation?

The free 15-minute consultation is a short conversation about what you are looking for, practical details, and clinician fit. It is not a therapy appointment and does not commit you to ongoing care.

Are psychotherapy sessions covered by insurance?

Many extended-health plans reimburse services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist, but every plan is different. Confirm that your plan covers the exact clinician designation before booking. Receipts are provided, and direct billing is available only when the insurer, clinician, and Jane workflow support it.

Which languages are available?

Julia offers therapy in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. The practice does not currently advertise therapy in Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu. If you need another language, say so during your inquiry and the practice can help identify an appropriate directory or referral option.
