Meet Megan
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO #18244
Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions, whether you are looking for support for yourself or your child. Megan takes time to understand what matters to you and works with you to find an approach that fits your needs.
She supports children from age 5, teens and adults, including neurodivergent individuals and people with developmental disabilities. Her areas of support include anxiety, depression and difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
Megan offers individual psychotherapy in person in Mississauga and virtually across Ontario through Anchor & Bloom Psychotherapy.

In session
Megan's approach is supportive, interpersonal and collaborative. Together, you can explore patterns in emotions, behaviours and relationships, and work on practical strategies that make sense for your life.
With experience working with autism, ADHD and OCD, Megan recognizes that people experience and communicate emotions differently. She tailors sessions to each person's strengths, developmental stage and goals.
Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of that process. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
