Many Manulife extended health plans include mental health benefits. The covered provider list still varies by employer. We are not affiliated with Manulife, and we cannot promise reimbursement.
What is specific to Manulife.
- Ask whether the plan covers a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Two clinicians here practise in the Qualifying category.
- If the plan participates in TELUS eClaims, Katelyn can often submit the claim. If it does not, pay through Jane and upload the receipt.
- Ask about the annual maximum and any per-session cap before you assume a $160 to $180 session will be paid in full.

Does Manulife cover a Registered Psychotherapist?
Many Manulife plans do. Some do not. The only reliable answer is your booklet or a call to member services. Ask for the exact title, including whether Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is covered.
Can Anchor & Bloom direct bill Manulife?
Only when the clinician, the Manulife plan, and TELUS eClaims all allow it. That is currently available through Katelyn when the plan participates. We confirm when you book.
