Sun Life left TELUS eClaims in 2022 and uses its own claims process. If your Sun Life plan covers a Registered Psychotherapist, you pay through Jane and submit the receipt in the Sun Life member portal. We are not affiliated with Sun Life, and we cannot promise reimbursement.
What is specific to Sun Life.
- Sun Life is not on TELUS eClaims, so we do not direct bill Sun Life claims.
- Ask member services whether the plan covers a Registered Psychotherapist, and separately a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
- Submit the Jane receipt through the Sun Life app or member portal. Timing depends on the plan.
